By accessing or using the AI TECH BD website, applications, APIs, or learning management system (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

To access paid courses, prompt bundles, or interactive modules, you must register an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify AI TECH BD immediately of any unauthorized breach of security.

All curriculum materials, video streams, audio recordings, software code samples, prompt engineering blueprints, trademarks, and documentation provided on AI TECH BD are the exclusive intellectual property of AI TECH BD and its contributing instructors. Enrolled users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal educational purposes only. Downloading, screen recording, scraping, duplicating, reselling, or broadcasting course content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Course fees and marketplace prompts are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed via authorized gateway partners, including bKash Tokenized Checkout. AI TECH BD does not store your wallet PIN or card security digits.

We strive to provide world-class instruction. If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 15% of the total course video material. Free seminar registrations and downloadable digital prompt items are strictly non-refundable once unlocked.

Students and instructors must maintain a respectful, constructive learning environment. Hate speech, harassment, academic dishonesty, unauthorized automated bot activity, and tampering with platform security protocols will lead to immediate permanent ban without refund.

In no event shall AI TECH BD, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service interruptions, or reliance on course content.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
